Our lovely antique KPM porcelain plaque depicts The Blind Nydia, the tragic character from The Last Days of Pompeii, the popular Victorian novel by Sir Edward Bulwer-Lytton, after the painting by Baron Cuno von Bodenhausen (German, 1852-1931). 8 x 13 inches.  In period frame with noticeable wear, losses and refinshed surface, measuring 24.5 x 18.75 inches.
