This is a nice clean, useable, wire cutter, combination pliers, marked "KING & CO WATERBURY NY" on the inside handle and "BUTTON PLIERS" marked near the pivot pin. They measure 10 long,  King & Co. was a tool maker in New York State in the late 1800's to 1910.  This pliers is quality made with three good slot type wire cutting features (are sharp enough to cut fence wire), and also flat gripper jaws that measure 1/2 inch wide.  No rust, no damage, minor wear, clean and ready to use.
