Kellogg's All-Bran Muff & Jeff Cooking Ad 1939 This is a January 2, 1939 advertisement. It is a nice 1/2 page black and white ad from Kellogg's All-Bran of Battle Creek with nice graphics from an early magazine. It is written in cartoon form of Mutt and Jeff by Bud Fisher and it starts out with Mrs. Mutt saying, "If you don't like my cooking, you neednt' come here again." The other half of the page shows two hat styles. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet 1/2 page ad measures 5 1/2" wide by 13 3/4" tall.
