This book has a real photograph of what appears to be one of his children and their spouse. It is a very interesting read about Japan's history and how Katz Awa was the first Captain of the Japanese Navy. He was a very peaceful leader and was very adept at winning over his enemies. He established the first Naval college in Japan's history ans was made the first Minister of Marine.IN recognition of his wisdom, the emperor decorated him with the Grand Cordon of the Rising sun. THis book includes many photos of the family. The books Author is Edward Warren Clark. It has 95 pages and is a blue Hardback dated 1904. The publisher is B.F & Buck & Company.(Dimensions 5 12" x 4").
