Jumping Jacks shoe clips, neat advertising piece for children's shoes. I am not sure what this was for, but may have been sock mate helpers to keep the socks together for when child put them on. Appears to be from the 1940-50 era Shoe is 1 1/4" long & with chain are aprox 10" Mint condition
