This a nice clean wing divider 7.5" long overall. It's in good condition with a good snug pivot joint, and good original hardware including the fine adjustment nut. It's marked "...... MFG CO. NEWARK N.J." and also "8" and "MADE IN U.S.A.". The name stamp is very small and not evenly struck, so it's hard to see.  I've seen others with the same lightly struck stamp.  There is no rust, good brass and steel pivot joint, strong spring, good sharp points. A very nice layout tool!
