Joe Camel Cigarette & Submarine Ad 1989 This is a 1989 advertisement It is a great color ad from R J Reynolds Tobacco Company of Winston-Salem N.C. makers of Camel Cigarettes. It features Joe Camel as the Smooth Character. He is wearing a Tuxedo and smoking a Camel. In the background is a young woman in pink scuba gear and it looks like she may be going spear fishing. Also in the background is a partly submerged submarine, and a small island with 3 palm trees. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 9 7/8"" wide by 12"" tall.
