Japanese Porcelain Plate Held in Silver Frame, Decorated in Hong Kong.      The color is actually more red that how it looks in the pictures.   It is 7.5 across.    It is more of a shallow bowl that is framed in silver plate.   The condition is very good.  No chips or anything like that.  The silver has developed a patina.   There are a few scratches to the silver but not the porcelain.
