J. Fred Muggs was the monkey on The Today Show on NBC in the mid 1950's. This pull toy has Muggs on his tricycle and when he pedals, bells ring. Marked 1955, The N. N. Hill Brass Company, Hampton, Conn. U.S.A. Unusual piece in good condition for it's age.
