Huge Irish Sterling Silver , Garnet,  Green Agate  Medallion Pendant.      Unique , Hand Wrought Sterling with a huge  Bezel set green agate flat center stone .  The sterling setting is of inter space projection of garnet cylinders with sterling caps and garnet rounds.        It measures 2.5" long and 1.5" wide.   
  Nice patina.    The only thing wrong here is one of the  cylinder pieces is missing it's cap.     

I assume that this is Irish or Celtic because I purchased it at a antiques sale in Ireland.     I would say that this item is for men or women.   Imagine it with a fat sterling chain.
