Antique  Hubley Cast Iron, Still Bank, Fido Dog, Mfg. c1914    
5" high, 4" long, from tail to front, and 3" wide.

2 cast iron pieces, held together with a screw.

 

The condition is good but as you can see it has paint wear and some rust that has stained the paint.  There is some old news paper stuck on in a patch on one side.
