This is a lovely little molded plastic frame. The simulated wood grain is very nicely done and realistic. It is a wieghty piece, not a featherwieght. The print of the "dashing young Muskateer" type fellow is the original one when it was sold. The backing is still sealed. I am sure you could change this out for something more appropriate for you, should you choose to. It has the clear aged to yellow plastic covering over the print. It measures approx. 4" square plus the hanging tab. If you, like me, enjoy gathering up a collection of these and displaying them as a grouping on your walls, this one is a nice one. Better than a lot of them I have found.
