This is a nice mechanically adjustable diameter pipe reamer marked "HAWK PIPE REAMER JAPAN" on the interior cloth of the top of the case. There are 3 knurled knobs, the largest is to grip while reaming the pipe, the middle size is for adjusting the reamer blades, and the smallest is a removable .14" diameter spiral drill for cleaning the hole that leads from the bowl to the tip.  All in very good working order, no rust of damage.  The case is a hard shell type with padded pockets, one for pipe cleaners, one for this reamer, some wear and discoloration on the top exterior and cloth interior, paper instructions included also.  A very well made tool!
