I don't know what her hair is made of but her face is painted wood. Her legs, skates boots and the arm are of leather. I would assume the the support is provided by wires inside. She is bendable somewhat.
The condition is very old. The rough side out leather dress she has one is faded as is the hat. The foil that made up her skate blades are missing. They were glued on but have come off. I have had this little ice queen for many years.
