Hand Blown Art Glass Ruffle or Mini Floppy Bowl Blue Green/  Artist Signed -   Mini Floppy bowl with green splotches on a transparent blue glass gives this piece a natural or oceanic appeal.   It is 5" tall and artist signed.    The initials  are etched in cursive and look to say " agd"  or  " ayd"  or could be " ays"   then dated : 04.       I have not been able to determine the artist but there are many art glass studios in the Seattle- Tacoma area where this item was found.    

The condition is excellent.
