It is totally styled as a short hair do black with some frosted gray strands. The hair do curls on the ends of the sides. Even the bangs have a side wave.

This one is wild. I have never in my life seen a swim cap like this!

I don't know who made it. It was given to me buy the original owner who rarely used it.
