H. T. Co. No. 5 1/2 Iron Jack Plane Stanley

Unavailable

This is a very nice quality No. 5 1/2 iron Jack plane. Much like the Stanley 5 1/2 (older style) that has a 2 3/8" cutter, this one is 15" long overall. This one is marked "T. H. CO., or H.T. CO." on the cutter with no other maker's marks noted except the raise "NO. 5 1/2" on the toe. Features over 95% original Japanning intact, sharp cutter near full length, rosewood handle and knob, clean bare iron surfaces, no cracks, very light wear. It does have the lateral control and depth adjustment features. This plane appears to be much like a Stanley type 8-9. A nice plane, and very good quality!
