Grindley England China Oval Serving Bowl Clytie - Antique

This is a beautiful Oval Serving Bowl. It was manufactured by W. H. Grindley & Co. in England. This china dates back to the turn of the century (late 1800's to early 1900's). The Grindley logo,along with the following information, is printed on the bottom of the platter: "Semi-Porcelain", "W.H.Grindley & Co, England". The incised mark "100" is also on the bottom. "Clytie R.N. 64006" is also painted on the bottom. I believe that is the number - some of the letters are worn off. The design is done in lovely light & dark blue colors. The bowl is trimed in a gold-color scroll design. Some of this trim has faded over the years. The bowl measures approximately 10" x 7 1/4". This oval bowl is in good used condition.
