Greenlee Socket Gouge Chisel 1.12 inch wide

Unavailable

Offering this very nice, clean, hard to find, full sweep 13.8" long x 1.12" wide (1.12" actual cutting edge width), socket gouge chisel, marked "GREENLEE" on the steel with the Greenlee logo. This company is well known for quality made edge tools in the early 1900's era, and other woodworking tools too! This chisel is straight, and clean, with plenty of stock left (9" overall steel length) for future sharpening. The socket handle is very solid with a very good leather wrapped end, new or near new condition. The cutting edge is very sharp, (in-channel sharpened), a full arc type sweep, sharp and ready to use. A top quality heavy duty gouge chisel by a well know manufacturer!
