 Vienna bronze Art Nouveau candlestick signed "GESCHUTZT" " Real Bronce Austria"    Gorgeous curving graceful Art Nouveau  design, circa 1900 from Austrian artist  GESCHUTZT.  The  platform  base, which supported by 4 flanges as the feet,   has a depression for catcing the was drips with is decorated with raised vines and flowers on the three side.  The  stem   branches in two  in a classic nouveau sweep to the candle receptacle at the top. It appears to function as a finger hold.   The  diameter of candle receptacle is 1". Beautiful, subtle raised engraved and scalloped edge.     The full hieght nearly 5 inches  .  The base is 4.5 inches and 4.25 inches.    I has a lovely patina.  There maybe a wax drip or two that I have missed cleaning off.   Otherwide the condition is excellent.
