German Art Nouveau/Jugendstil Tile

Fantastic German jugendstil tile depicting a stylized thistle flower in ruby and silver-blue on a deep green ground from Tonwerke Offstein. The tile is in very good/excellent condition with slight edge nibbles at top (some original to the tile) and some surface wear as shown.

I am having some issues with the scanner and the glaze colors are much richer and more translucent than in this image.
