This is a nice clean pair of gas pliers with a unique curved handle design, that has pry bar like tips at the end of the handles. These are a early design, most likely from before 1900. They have a unique wire cutter slot section, and the jaws are in good condition with a very slight misalignment when closed. The jaw is .30 thick at the thinner area at the end of the pliers, the serrated gripper teeth are in great shape.  No rust, no damage.  The center pin is very snug. A good old set of unique pliers! No makers name noted.
