Pretty hand made basket of cowrie shells. It is kind of funky as it is held together with recycled plastic fibers. The center appears to be of wicker. I don't know what the rings are made up of. It is surprisingly heavy
It measures 10 1/2" and is 3 tall.
I do not know who made or where it came from. I picked it up because it was different and obviously someone took a lot of time to make it.
