French Louis XV Style Gilt Bronze Clock and Candelabra
Our gilt bronze garniture including mantel clock and candelabra in the French Rococo Louis XV style date from the mid-to-late nineteenth century. The movement is stamped RAULLE A PARIS with a round mark of the maker, Vincenti et Cie which reads MEDAILLE D'ARGENT along the perimeter.
It features a brass dial with white porcelain cartouches with black Roman numerals. The candelabra feature figural putti holding floral bouquets. The brass eight-day movement with count wheel striking bell is missing its pendulum. The strike is working.
Clock measures 27 by 19 by 10 inches and the candelabra 26 by 16 by 7 in.
