Francois Linke Louis XVI Style Side Cabinet Commode Sideboard

Our client's antique (late 19th to early 20th century) commode or side cabinet in the Louis XVI style by the important Parisien ebeniste, Francois Linke (1855-1946), measures 56 inches wide, 37.5 in tall and 20.5 in deep. It features finely cast gilt bronze mounts and a beautiful Sarrancolin marble top. With three drawers above a single door on the left and accordion door to the center and right sides that open to reveal three compartments, each with two shelves. Bronze mount on the right carries the impressed "F. Linke" mark.
In good overall condition. There are veneers losses to the doors and cracking and warping to the curved veneers at the corners. Scratches and small chips to the marble top plus three larger chips to the rear edge
