Our antique enamel portrait on metal in ornate giltwood and gesso frame depicts a figure in long hair with radiant multi-colored headband, violet top and green shawl.  Plaque measures 5 5/8 by 7.5 inches and frame measures 7.5 by 9.5 inches.  Plaque is in good condition and is apparently unsigned.  Frame has some losses and restorations.  Likely of French (Limoges) or Austrian (Vienna) origin.
