Fabulous vintage Egyptian necklace / HUGE Art Deco Czech glass tassel drop / vintage statement jewelry / cleopatra jewelry

WOW what a fantastic assemblage necklace this is! Move over CLEO it is time for a new woman to take the spotlight! This has DRAMA and excitement written all over it! The center drop  is HUGE ( 7") and has loads of glass beads that drip down from the mighty ormolu scarab who guards all that wear this! Not to mention the heads of tut that hang near the bottom. . The necklace is well made and in great shape too! Don't miss out on this at the last minute, I think it will soon be in SOMEONE elses home! A perfect assemblage of vintage pieces giving Cleo life again! Beyond exotic and gorgeous this tremendous statement necklace is something to behold. This is one of the largest most dramatic glass drop pieces I have ever seen with the most amazing glass and prism drop prisms. This is from the czech republic which produced some of the finest jewelry in Czechoslovakia. This is an Eastern European treasure made from pieces for the Art Nouveau period.  The stones are all faceted glass and are soldered to the piece. Just the length of this massive bib is something to behold. It measures a WHOPPING 7" long .The work on this is so artistic and so tedious that I can't even imagine how long it would take to hand solder ( see photo)  this master piece, much less create it. The metal which has not been plated has aged gloriously and has not been polished or cleaned. It is sold as such with no cleaning to be done until it meets its new owner. This was shown at a recent large jewellery show and was the hit of the whole show. These are something that you pass on as a heirloom because they are so EXTRAORDINARY. Because these are vintage estate pieces and are vintage and possibly pre-worn so they are not considered new from the factory…..  Please see photos for any wear or light surface scratches that come with age.?………………. Sold as is and priced accordingly..  All jewelry  ( unless otherwise specified)  is considered costume jewelry. We don’t polish these previously owned well loved pieces so we can keep the original patina. We try and photograph all of the pieces next to a ruler so you can see the actual size. All jewelry sold as found.

We use the descriptions of any stones from the manufacturers titles when they were first produced. When we refer to the stones, we are using how the original manufacturer of the pieces used them. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of a stone in a costume piece of jewelry. All pieces have been worn at least one time unless otherwise specified.  Although the pieces we carry are unique and interesting they may have a little wear ( if any) but they sure have a lot of love that came with them when they were first purchased way back when.
