Dr. Charles K. Davenport (b.1920) put himself through medical school selling his photographs. After taking a class with Ansel Adams, the two became life long friends. While on the faculty at the University of California, Santa Barbara and living in Rialto, he photographed prolifically. This photograph comes from the photographer's living estate.
