Nice with enameling Elks B.P.O.E Cigarette Lighter. One the back side the enamel is darker blue than the other. The maybe the way it is designed or could be fading on the front. There is some tarnish to the back side. The front with the Elks emblem it is great condition. It is a different, lighter shade of blue. The lighter is working it just needs fluid.
