To a fine quality mahogany Classical revival dressing chest in original condition. The piece was made in Philadelphia and the top has a carved and scroll support flanking a rectangular framed mirror. Below the case top retains a grey and white original marble dressing surface surrounded by two lift top compartments. There are four graduated drawers below with columns to the ends having carved capitals and turned bases. The chest has carved front paw feet and turned rear ones. The turned wood knobs to the drawers appear to be original and this piece is of first quality.
