Antique Neoclassical Bronze Plaque Woman w/Child 1870s 9.75" Oval

Bronze plaque depicting classical figures of a woman and child, Greek or Roman styling with cupid standing atop plinth. Incense emanating from censer in front of child. Circa 1870's. Measures 7.5" x 9.75" oval. Hanging bracket on back. Unknown maker and origin, though there appear to be some illegible marks at the very bottom, just to the right of the darker impressions. Excellent condition, with only a few small spots of green patina showing through the gold-tone finish. Email any questions. Price recently reduced.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
