This is a very nice, clean 11.5" long x .50" wide wheel dressing roller. It is marked by the maker, "DESMOND URBANA O" on the tool, and "DESMOND HUNTINGTON DRESSER NO. 0" on the end label of the box. The roller turns smoothly, no cracks, the about 99% of the black paint is intact on the handle. It appears that it was not used or used only once or twice. A nice vintage grinding wheel dresser!
