Made in Holland Delft butter pat. It has a hand painted Windmill scene in a wonderful cobalt blue. Bottom is marked "Delfts Holland" It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks. It does have some crazing which mainly adds to it's vintage charm and is only visable on the back and white areas. Measures a little over 3.75" across. It has two little holes in the bottom footing for putting a string thru to hang it on a wall for decor.
