Cut Crystal & Silver Banded Barrel Shape Pitcher, Decanter .  Very unusual piece with flip lided spout and a wood inlay in the art deco silver handle.   The riveted bands are set in in the cut in  groove of the glass and have  with verticle cut lines from top to bottom.   No signatures or stamps to indentify who made it.   Looks like it must have fit into a silver base that is now missing.   or maybe just another riveted band was suppose to wrap around the bottom.  The condition is good.  There are no cracks or nicks.   The silver is tarnished and in some places the base metal is showing on the tops of the rivets.   It measures 9" tall x 4.25" wide at the widest part.
