This is a nice clean hard to find adjustable wrench in the smallest size! It's marked "CRESCENT TOOL CO. JAMESTOWN N.Y. 4IN. CRESTOLOY MADE IN U.S.A.". This one is in very good working condition with no cracks, some small burrs on the jaws, minor pitting on less than 5% of the surface area. A nice clean hard to find, collectible wrench!
