Consider H. Willett Solid Walnut Candle Stand

Beautiful solid walnut candle stand from the Consider H. Willett furniture manufacturing company of Louisville, Kentucky. Consider H. Willett Inc. was known for its finely crafted furniture which was produced from the late 1930's into the early 1960's. The company specialized in solid cherry and maple traditional furniture, making this walnut stand a rare piece. Willett furniture was highly sought after in its day and has again become quite desirable. This candle stand measures approximately 21 inches high. The round top measures about 13 inches in diameter and is more than .5 inch thick. The turned central support sits atop 3 gently curving legs. On the bottom is a gold and green foil label stating A CONSIDER H. WILLETT Inc. PRODUCT, MANUFACTURERS OF FINE FURNITURE, LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY. SOLID AMERICAN BLACK WALNUT.
