This is a nice, clean, very well made, quality steel toolmaker's deep-reach C-Clamp in very good condition. It is marked "Cincinnati Tool Co. No. 56 Super JR." on one side and "FORGED STEEL HEAT TREATED MADE IN U.S.A." on the other side. It is straight, very good swivel tip on the screw, threads, no cracks or damage, not bent, no rust. This one is all in very good working order. These are from the 1920's-50's era, and in very good shape considering the age! Hard to find top quality machinist / tool maker antique C-Clamp that can reach 2.5" from center of threaded rod to edge of the frame!
