Chinese Heavy Silk Brocade Long Robe or Vintage Dressing Coat. The scenic landscape designs are woven with metallic threads of copper, gold, pink, greens, white, purple and reds on a cool blueish greenish gray background. There is so much going on it is hard to describe. The robe is belted and lined, has one lined pocket and slightly flared sleeves. There is a inner tie as well. There is a tag marking it as a size medium. It was made for export to the USA as the retailer tag reads " Best Quality Newlook". The condition is very good. The lining shows some wear with a few small rips and separation and puckering. There are very few very faint stains in a few spots. The shoulders have picked up some slight discoloring from the dust from being on a hanger for years. I am confident that dry cleaning will take that all away. Here are some basic measurements:
