Our exceptional cloisonne enamel charger depicts a still life scene that includes the tools and artifacts of a Chinese scholar, including desk with stool and scrolls, sundial with climbing dragons, planter with floral bouquet and screen.  20 in (50.8 cm) across and 2.5 in (6.3 cm) tall.  In good condition, with scratches, nicks and subtle indentations to the rim, surface dirt, all consistent with age.
