At center left is the Problem and grouped around it are the three prize winning cartoons The problem in this contest was.a Cowboy is about to be attacked from all sides by raging bulls. The solution is he hits them all on the nose with his fist and says, This is why they call us guys Cowpokes.. No signature on the problem picture. Solution picture is signed by Hamm Ond.
