Cartoon by E Simms Campbell Singing Telegram 1943. This is a March 1943 nice color cartoon by E Simms Campbell. Four pictures. First picture shows young man in uniform delivering a singing valentine telegram. 2nd picture he is singing the telegram, from a woman, to a man behind the desk. 3rd picture face of telegraph boy is beet red as he looks at the written page. 4th picture the man behind the desk has the beet red face as the telegraph boy kisses him on the cheek. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/2 inches wide by 14 inches tall.
