Cartoon by E Simms Campbell Art 1947 This is a nice color, May 1947, cartoon by E Simms Campbell. Scene is a museum or art studio. Picture on the wall shows a young woman laying on her bed while another young woman sits on the floor next to the bed. Both are scantily clad, although fully covered. Gentleman with very thinning hair is standing with his back to the camera, hat held behind his back, and staring at the picture. Guard is saying to the man, Okay buddy, break it up. Suitable for framing. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/4 inches wide by 13 inches tall.
