Carnelian Dangle Drop Clip On Earrings, Hand Crafted.  They are almost 2" long.   The stones are hand cut and polished. There is a substantial rectangle drop that dangles from the clip on setting that is mounted with a oval cabochon that shows striations. 

They are vintage and the brass metal shows some darkening from age.    The stones are perfect.
