Or Best OfferThis Captive Rose plate is 9" wide by 1 5/8" high.It was made by Fenton. It is fresh out of a private home and has never been offered for sale before. It has no color fade or nicks or dings.It does have a very unusual color effect. It hase normal Bronze type colors in the center then very evenly fades to the outer center to a pastel almost Icy colors and then finishes up to a Platinum sheen all the way to the edges.. I have collected carnival Glass for over 55 years and I can say this is the only plate that I have seen like this. It has normal colors that you would expect for Blue on the outside.
