Offering this vintage Capodimonte cover bowl, made of creamy white thick pottery; base has hand painted cabbage roses and leaves; lid is covered in hand shaped roses in pink and peach; and blue flowers, green leaves. Measures 4 3/4 inches tall x 6 1/4 inches diameter. Good++ condition, no cracks or chips on base bowl; no cracks on lid; two leaves have edge nicks and center rose has a tiny paint flake chip on one petal, none really detract from looks. Marked Italy on bottom. A lovely old piece for your country cottage!
