Vintage Chrome Butterfly Wings Two Ashtrays Reverse Paint Souvenir Ocean Liners Britannic Saxonia Birthday Collectors . These are a pair of butterfly famous ship ashtrays. The ships are the MV Britannic and the RMS Saxonia. They are in good vintage condition, well made and medium weight. They will be great for a present, birthday or a collector. These are two souvenir ashtrays with a single cigarette depression holder, Three ball style feet, a chromed base embossed with leaf designs and imprinted with Made in England. The center is glass with the reverse painted famous ships backed by the iridescent morpho butterfly wings. The reverse painted RMS Saxonia was launched 1899 and retired 1925. The MV Britannic was launched on 1929 and retired on 1960. These are extremely collectible and beautiful. cl aug 13
