The Bucklers Inc. Fifth Ave N.Y  Picture Frame Hand Crafted Pink Enamel Flowers.   Sweet purple and dark pink, blue  flowers on a pink background enameling over a heavy metal frame.  Looks like brass.    The Frame is 2x3"  Says that it is a  "Swivle Back" but I don't how that would work.   It looks just like a hinged stand.    It has the glass insert too.     The condition is very good.  But there is some tarnish on the brass  border on the inner and outer frame edge.  .    It appeas to be very old.
