Brooch/Made From Plasic Rose Buttons

$19.00
Quantity available: 1

A very pretty old brooch made from molded plastic rose buttons. I date this from the pre-war and war years of 1930's&1940's. Because of the shortage of certain metals and the economic factors, many pieces were made from "found" items. There are six red rose buttons making up this little brooch. The two top ones are fused together so as to make a stable place to attatch the pin back. The revited pin back appears to be original to the piece. The other four are fastened to celluloid chain with brass jump rings. It measures approx. 2"X3". Shipping fees are for first class/No insurance in USA only.
