What a beautiful brooch! Unfortunately, someone soldered the center of the pinback. It is loose and will move, but does not come off. The enamel is in very good condition, only minor tiny chips on a few petals. The clear rhinestones all appear to be clear and bright. They are glued in. The plating on the stem is in good condition. A very large and lovely brooch with one flaw. But very wearable. It measures aprox. 3"X2". The shipping fees quoted are for priority/No insurance in USA only.
