A wonderful design by one of our favorite designers, Hattie Carnegie. It is in a blet buckle with a floral like applied decoration. The spray is encrusted with tiny clear rhinestones. Several look as though they may be replacements. The center is a tear drop shaped faux pearl with a small round one below. The way the pin stem is attatched, it looks like it was to be worn side ways. But, it also looks good if you pin it up and down. The signiture is Hattie Carnegie in scrpt on an applied or raided oval plaque. It measures approx. 2 3/4X1 1/4". The fees quoted for shipping are for priority/Insured shipping in USA only.
